Orders placed and paid for by 11:00 AM on business days are usually dispatched on the same day. During periods of increased order volume, delivery times may be extended.

Returns

You have 30 days to return the product from the date of receipt of the shipment. Only unused products, returned in accordance with the store's regulations, are eligible for return.

Please include a completed return form and proof of purchase, if retained. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

In the case of products purchased in the 3+1 promotion, returns are possible after returning the entire promotional set.

Complaints

If the product has a defect, you can file a complaint. Fill out the complaint form, describe the problem, and send the product back to the address indicated in the regulations.

We process complaints within 14 days from the date of delivery of the complaint.
