Returns and Complaints
Returns
You have 30 days to return from the date of receiving the shipment. Only unused products returned in accordance with the store's terms and conditions are eligible for return.
Please include the completed return form and proof of purchase, if retained, with your shipment. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
For products purchased in the 3+1 promotion, returns are possible only by sending back the entire promotional set.
Complaints
If a product is faulty, you may file a complaint. Fill out the complaint form, describe the problem, and send the product to the address specified in the terms and conditions.
We process complaints within 14 days from the date of delivery of the complaint.
