    We do our utmost to ensure that your orders for Italian hosiery from Lores are processed as quickly as possible – both when placing them and while awaiting delivery. Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding order placement and fulfillment.     Are the tights produced in Poland or Italy?

    All our products are manufactured in Italy from high-quality yarns.

    Is registration necessary to make purchases?

    No, registration is not necessary.

    How do I register in the online store?

    You can register by clicking on the "My account" tab.

    Can I change the data provided during registration?

    You can change your data by logging into your account.

    What is the order processing time?

    Orders placed on business days before 10:00 AM are usually shipped on the same day. During periods of increased sales, e.g., pre-holiday season, Black Week - this time may be extended. The maximum order fulfillment time should not exceed 3-4 business days, but usually, they are delivered within 1-2 business days. The waiting time for international shipping can be checked here

    Can I cancel an order I have placed?

    You should inform us of order cancellation by email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488). If the package has not been shipped and the order has been paid in full, a refund will be issued in the same manner as the payment was made.

    Can I change anything in my order?

    Changes to an order can be made if the package has not yet been shipped, by contacting customer service via email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488).

    Can I combine two separately placed orders?

    Orders can be combined by leaving a note for store staff when placing the order or by informing us of the desire to combine orders via email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488).

    What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen shipping method, and their prices in Poland range from PLN 0 (free delivery for orders over PLN 149) to PLN 18. Shipping prices to EU countries: https://lores.pl/wysylka-zagraniczna/

    Can I order Lores Italian hosiery to an international address?

    Yes – we ship orders to countries in the European Union (a full list is available here). Before placing an order with international delivery to a country not on the list, please contact us by email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488) to determine detailed shipping costs.

    What payment methods are available?

    Orders can be paid in advance via PayU, Przelewy24, BLIK, ApplePay, Google Pay, as well as by credit card, traditional bank transfer, or cash on delivery. If you choose DPD courier delivery with cash on delivery, you can also pay by credit card upon receipt of the package.

    What should I do if I selected online payment but did not make the payment?

    Please contact customer service – by email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488), who will send a secure link to complete the specific payment. You can also make a traditional bank transfer, entering the order number in the title, to the account:

    Can I return purchased products?

    Yes – returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment, using the return form available in the terms and conditions.

    Please include the return form and receipt with the return.

    What is the refund period for returned orders?

    The refund is processed within 14 days of the sender receiving the shipment.

    How is the refund for returned products processed?

    If the purchase was made via PayU or Przelewy24, the refund is made in the same way. For other payments, we make the refund by traditional bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer.

    What should I do if the ordered item is damaged?

    In such a case, please contact us by email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488) to discuss the order details and determine a solution. You can, of course, file a complaint, for which the form is available here.

    Is it possible to get a discount?

    Yes – we offer a 15% discount on the first purchase over PLN 50. There is also a possibility to get discounts for regular, returning customers. We always announce discounts, promotions, and rebates in our newsletter – so we encourage you to subscribe.

    What should I do if a purchase was made, but no confirmation email was sent to the email address provided in the order?

    In such a situation, please check your spam/notifications folders – if there is no message from the Lores store, please contact us by email (sklep@lores.pl) or phone (+48606716488).

    Is barter cooperation possible?
