Tights for a Wedding – What to Choose?

Of these, shoes are, of course, the most important! Those of us who had to take off uncomfortable high heels even before the "oczepiny" (a traditional Polish wedding ritual) certainly know this. And since we're talking about feet, what about tights - are they really essential for a wedding? Which model to choose and what to pay attention to? Which tights will withstand all-night dancing? Let's start with the most important issue: you are not obliged to wear tights to a wedding. Until recently, it was considered inappropriate to appear at a ceremony without nude tights; now, much depends on the type of footwear and the dress you plan to wear. You can easily replace tights with stockings, use spray-on tights, or even forgo wearing tights altogether. It's hard to expect to wear thicker tights with a flowing dress made of delicate fabric or elegant sandals, isn't it? Many ladies, however, decide to wear tights to a wedding; this is due not only to aesthetic considerations but also practical ones: bare feet are particularly susceptible to abrasions, especially when you wear elegant and rarely worn shoes. Even delicate tights will provide a protective layer in this case. If you decide to wear tights to a wedding, remember a few rules. The best choice will be classic tights, matte or semi-matte. Shiny, nude tights do not look best in photos, and during the wedding, the photographer will certainly use an additional flash. Don't risk your legs reflecting light more effectively than your jewelry in photos, and opt for proven matte tights.
Planning to wear a stunning dress and worried that it might not look perfect on your figure here and there? We have a solution for that - special occasion tights! Shaping tights come to the rescue wherever you need to mask figure imperfections. Special tummy-slimming tights are made of the most modern materials and can successfully replace slimming underwear. Push-up tights, in turn, beautifully emphasize the buttocks, making them a great match for fitted dresses. Choose shaping tights if you want to look exceptional! Seamed tights worn with open-toe shoes are a big faux pas; instead, choose seamless models or opt for stockings.
Is it appropriate to wear patterned tights to a wedding? A lot depends on the outfit you choose and the style of the wedding. A patterned dress and leopard print tights are a pretty jarring combination; however, if the bride and groom have chosen a trendy club instead of a traditional wedding hall, you can go for a rock style and fishnet tights. Large mesh is more for a concert, so if you want to wear black fishnet tights, choose a model with a finer pattern. As for fishnet tights, small mesh is appearing more and more on the runways, and not just as burlesque-style outfits. If you want to wear patterned tights, consider not only the motif itself but also the quality of workmanship. Italian tights with an interesting print can be worn with plain dresses to give your styling a unique character.
