§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 Organizer

The organizer of the "3 plus 1" promotion for the tights category is:

1.2 Applicability

• The promotion is valid in the Online Store
• www.lores.pl
• Applies exclusively to the TIGHTS category in all variants (sizes, colors)
• Applies to consumers and invoice orders (B2B)
• Valid from December 7, 2025, to January 18, 2026

1.3 Rules of interpretation

• These Regulations are an addendum to the
• Store Regulations
• For matters not regulated herein, the Main Regulations shall apply
• In case of conflict, the provisions of these Regulations shall prevail

§ 2. PROMOTION PRINCIPLE

2.1 3+1 Mechanism

The promotion activates automatically when a minimum of 4 products from the Tights category are added to the cart.

The fourth product (with the lowest catalog price) is sold for 0.01 PLN.

2.2 Multiplicity

For every subsequent 4 products, the discount is applied again:

• 4 products = 1 discount (4th product for 0.01 PLN)
• 8 products = 2 discounts (4th and 8th product for 0.01 PLN)
• 12 products = 3 discounts (4th, 8th, 12th product for 0.01 PLN)
• No upper limit on discounts

Products not belonging to full groups do not receive a discount. Example: 5-7 products = 1 discount on the cheapest product.

2.3 Selection of the discounted product

In each group of 4 products, the product with the lowest catalog price is always subject to the discount. The system automatically calculates the discount - the buyer has no influence on the selection.

2.4 Automatic calculation

The discount is automatically calculated in the shopping cart without the need to enter discount codes.

2.5 Combining promotions

The promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, vouchers, or coupons.

§ 3. PRODUCT RETURNS

3.1 Return policy

The buyer may return products, however, the return of a discounted product requires the return of the entire set (group of 4 products), a part of which received the discount.

Detailed rules for accepting returns are specified in the Main Regulations:

3.2 Procedure

The return procedure (return of the entire set only, procedure, 30-day period) operates in accordance with the Main Regulations without changes.

§ 4. COMPLAINTS

Complaints (product defects, non-conformity with description) are handled in accordance with the Main Regulations:

The procedure and conditions for complaints are identical to those in the Main Regulations.

§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1 Validity

The Regulations are valid from December 7, 2025, to January 18, 2026, and for 30 days after the end for handling returns.

5.2 Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations with 7 days' notice. Changes will be published on the website www.lores.pl
